The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) invites applications for Internship Positions in the Estates Division. This internship provides an opportunity to students pursuing Law and also for fresh Law Graduates to gain hands-on experience supporting legal proceedings in the Hon’ble High Court and other subordinate courts, under the guidance of the Standing Counsels and the Legal Manager.

Scope of Work

Interns will:

• Examine and verify each file related to the Payakapuram Township Allotments.
• Identify and record any illegal / unauthorised transactions on allotted land, confirmation of complete payment to erstwhile VGTMUDA , fraudulent or irregular findings, if any.
• Prepare written comments and reports summarising findings for each file.
• Propose resolution options in case of discrepancies

Desired Qualifications:

Academic Background

• Fresh Law graduates from well-regarded law colleges, students passed in 2025 are preferred.
• Students pursuing final year of LLB course.

Skills & Competencies

• Good written and verbal communication in English and Telugu.
• Proficiency in MS-Office

• Rs. 7500/-p.m. for students Pursuing LLB
• Rs.15,000/­p.m. for students who passed Masters in LAW in the year 2025.

ELIGIBILITY (Who can apply)

• Any Indian National Pursuing Graduation in Law from any well-regarded Institution/University is eligible to apply for the Internship, subject to satisfying the following minimum criteria:
• Should Possess at least 75% percentage or equivalent academic credentials.
• Should not have had any disciplinary issues/cases against him/her .
• Any Indian National "Young Professional" who has completed his/her graduation & Masters in Law from any well-regarded Institution/University i.e. passed in 2025 and has not yet taken up any professional career in Law anywhere is also eligible to apply for the Internship subject to the above minimum criteria.

Period of Internship :

Initially 08 weeks and extendable based on performance and organisation need.

• Interested applicants should apply in the prescribed Internship Application Form given along with CV/Resume. Applications in any other format and/or received after the prescribed due date shall be summarily rejected.
• Young Professionals (as defined in Eligibility section) must include recommendation(s) obtained from experts in respective field of application and/ or from the Head of the Institution where the candidate has successfully completed latest education, and a self-attested Statement of Purpose (SOP) for the Internship at APCRDA.
• Applications received without recommendation(s) shall be summarily rejected.

Applications can be submitted within 07 days from the date of notification on the APCRDA website. Applications received through any other source /mode will not be processed.

The Internship Screening Committee shall evaluate, select and recommend the shortlisted applicants based on the resume/CV, Letter of Recommendation and SOP submitted for further process.

The requirement of Interns is subject to vary based on the need and APCRDA reserves the right to shortlist the applicants for the Internships notified or to alter /modify/cancel the entire notification.
