Summary
Following a complaint submitted through the Public Issue Resolution Platform, the Municipal Administration team inspected a broken drinking water pipeline at the depot back side on Dr. C.S.N College Road in Ward No. 6, Bhimavaram. Investigation revealed that heavy-load vehicles passing on the road caused pipeline damage leading to water wastage.

- A plumber and laborers were engaged to repair the damaged drinking water pipeline.
